My online 10-week online course, “Writing the Graphic Novel,” is now open for registration! The course is part of Emerson College’s certificate program in Writing and Illustrating the Graphic Novel, where I teach, along with fellow comics-creator Andy Fish. (Andy’s “Introduction to Comic Art” is also open for enrollment now.)

The course tends to focus on more traditionally narrative work, rather than the sort of wacky experimental work Tym and I do here (though, of course, if that sort of thing interests you, I’d hardly discourage it!). And you can take courses a la carte–no need to sign up for the full program if you don’t want to.
